One screen that answers

Every channel on one screen, paced against the month’s goal, with a projection of where you will land.Meta, Google, your website forms and your DMs each report their own numbers in their own place. Airdec puts all of them on one screen, paces every number against the goal for the month, and tells you where you will land.

On the screen

Built around the question owners ask

It answers the question you ask in the meeting: are we going to make the month? It answers the question you ask in the meeting: are we going to make the month?

Every number against its goal

Every KPI carries its month-to-date bar, a marker for where you should be by today, and a projection for where you will finish. On its own a number tells you very little. Next to the target, it tells you whether to act.

A smart forecast

The projection weights recent days more heavily and understands that today is only half over, so it stops swinging wildly every morning. Compare against the goal, the last period, or the same period last year.

Numbers that refuse to lie

Cost per lead and cost per acquisition are shown over 28 days, and hidden below about twenty leads, because on a handful of leads the cost swings too much to mean anything. A stage with no source connected says so instead of drawing an empty bar.

How to read it

Three passes down one screen

01

The pace row

Leads, qualified, spend and reaction time, each against its goal. Green means the month is on track today.Leads, qualified, spend and reaction time, each against its goal. Green means the month is on track as of today, judged across the whole month rather than on yesterday alone.

02

The status picture

Where the month’s leads sit: qualified, in progress, no answer, rejected.Where the month's leads currently sit: qualified, in progress, no answer, rejected. The mix is shown as it moves through the month, so a growing share of no answer reads as a trend rather than a surprise at month end.

03

The why

Short notes under each chart: a divergence, a weekday pattern, a change point. Computed on the server from the data on screen.Short deterministic notes under each chart: a divergence, a weekday pattern, a change point, a clicks-per-lead shift. Questions

The dashboard, in detail

Where do the goals come from?

You set them per brand, per month. The dashboard then paces every number against them: leads, qualified rate, spend and reaction time.

Why is there no revenue figure?

Because for most lead-generation businesses it would be made up. Airdec does not ask dealers to type deal values, since they will not, and a revenue number nobody maintains is worse than no revenue number.

What if a channel is not connected yet?

The stage asks you to connect the source instead of showing a zero. A zero looks like poor performance, when the real problem is that nothing is measuring that step yet.

Can I compare periods?

Yes: against the goal, the previous period, or the same period last year, with the comparison carried through the KPIs and the charts rather than only the headline.
